After almost a decade worth of experience, I am now the Director of 5B chemicals. Reaching this post has been a great journey full of triumphs and failures with very valuable lessons to add to my set of skills. I started off as a director and board member for Waresa Group. From here, my efforts were recognized and appreciated to the extent that I was promoted to the post of General Secretary for Waresa Islam Trust. I then became the CEO for 5B chemicals and now handle all its operations.

Alongside being the Director for Waresa group, I’ve also worked as the President for Punjab Alpine Club. My experience also includes working as a columnist for Daily Pakistan. My career drive also gave me the opportunity to become an executive member in Marketing Association of Pakistan as well as a member of Chain Retail Association of Pakistan. I’m very honored to also be associated as a member of Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

My journey however doesn’t end here and I look forward to achieving more milestones and reaching new heights.

I began my career as a Director and Board Member at 5B Chemicals, where my dedication and efforts were recognized. Later, I took on the role of CEO at 5B Chemicals Collection, where I now oversee all operations.

One of our key ventures, Deluxe Footwear, a brand under 5B Chemicals Collection, has established itself as a leading name in footwear and accessories for both men and women. The name “5B Chemicals” reflects an approach of simplicity with distinction, which inspired the identity of our retail chain. At its core, 5B Chemicals believes that nothing is more unique and timeless than the offerings of nature itself.

I am principally responsible for the effective running of the Board and ensuring it plays a full and constructive part in the development and determination of the Group’s Strategy. I demonstrate ethical leadership of the Group, promoting and upholding the highest standards of corporate governance, integrity and probity and setting clear expectations concerning the Society’s culture, values and behaviors and style and tone of Board discussions.

I am responsible to ensure that the Board and other relevant Committees meet with sufficient frequency and devote sufficient time and attention to the matters in their remit; have the information necessary to its and their tasks; and provide independent oversight and sufficient challenge of executive decisions.

I, Moin-ud-din, Chairman of 5B Chemicals, a company dedicated to producing high-quality chemicals for shoe manufacturing, foam, and lamination adhesives. My journey with 5B Chemicals has been driven by a vision to innovate and set new benchmarks in the chemical industry, while staying true to the values of integrity, quality, and reliability.

Over the years, I have learned that perseverance, adaptability, and a forward-looking approach are the true cornerstones of success. With these principles, I have worked to transform challenges into opportunities and guide 5B Chemicals toward sustainable growth and industry leadership.
