Catalyst TR-A33 is a tertiary amine compound designed to promote the urethane reaction between polyol and isocyanate components in polyurethane chemistry, especially in both flexible and rigid foam systems and CASE (Adhesives) applications.
Applications

Used as a solvent-free, moisture-curing one-component polyurethane adhesive/binder.

Bonding of various substrates: laminated panels, plastics, rigid foams such as polystyrene, polyurethane, etc.

Manufacture of sandwich elements (for example partition walls for thermal insulation and sound protection), façade elements with a mineral-fibre core or mats bonded to primed sheet metal or compression-moulding compounds and plaster boards.

Faster curing possible with heated press (max temperature for cure ≤ 70 °C).
